"Rock Candy" Served Up Hot At Guitar One-TonePros® Event

Legendary rock guitarist Ronnie Montrose took time out from his summer tour schedule to make a special appearance at the Guitar One -TonePros® event at this years NAMM International Music Market in Nashville. Montrose, known for such classics as "Rock Candy" & "Bad Motor Scooter", delivered a blistering set showcasing the "chops" that made him famous for the power behind songs like "Frankenstein" and "Free Ride". Show opener, guitarist Lauren Ellis joined Ronnie onstage for impromptu slide duels, which rolled the event into the evening. The Montrose set was then followed by an All-Star Jam which included a stellar performance from invited guest guitarist & Guitar One Editor Michael Ross. Tone was definitely the main entrée on the menu, as all gear was provided by event cosponsors Baker Guitars, Bad Cat Amps, and WD Music Products.
